Nandini Pai M (M.Sc, B.Ed) is a post graduate in BioChemistry with an insightful experience of over 26 years in teaching, events management, administration and training across various highly reputed schools. She has served as a teacher in institutions of repute like St.Joseph’s, JSS, Manasarovar Pushkarni Vidyashram, Rotary and NPS and held various positions of leadership like Asst. Headmistress, Coordinator- Activities and events, Internal Auditor and Coordinator Operations.
An enthusiastic and a passionate teacher, she works towards strengthening the learners keeping in mind the requirements of the learning community.
Accurate, precise and highly ethical in all work-related assignments she has been managing a strong team of 80 members, fostering both independent and a cohesive productive team environment while planning and executing all events and activities, in co-ordination with the Head of the Institution.She has been actively involved in coordinating with different Universities of repute both in India and abroad and helped students connect and get admissions to pursue their higher education and placements.
Highly trained in pedagogy, leadership skills, developing plans and implementing strategic objectives to cater to all round development of the students. Adept in Developing and presenting comprehensive lesson plans, with a focus on activity-based teaching. She was also involved in supervision of tasks during various exams, admissions, planning the school year, attending seminars and extensive interaction with parents for complete academic growth of pupils.
She has conducted in house training to her fellow faculty in areas of planning and organization. An educator, who strives to collaborate with all the members of the school community and meet the needs of students to promote the philosophy of the school.
